




Considered the largest open-air museum in Latin America, the Inhotim Institute—Botanical Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art—is seeking a professional for its **Communications** area to join its team. Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a nonprofit organization sustained by ticket revenue, event production, and donations from individuals and legal entities—either direct or via the Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws. Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitor areas offer guests a unique experience that blends art and nature. More than 500 people collaborate daily to keep this entire structure running. Join us too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:** * Planning media campaigns to promote the Institute’s institutional image and events, aligning with the communications strategy and leveraging all available advertising formats—including digital, OOH (out-of-home), radio, TV, and print; * Creating detailed briefs for the development of advertising materials, specifying creative references and benchmarking; * Writing copy for campaigns and advertising materials, including radio spots; * Distributing advertising materials to media companies according to the planned schedule; * Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing performance metrics, impacts, and creative inputs to measure results and investment effectiveness for decision-making; * Conducting, together with the Institutional Relations department, research and prospecting for new media partnerships for the Institute; * Managing relationships with the Institute’s media partners through regular contact—including visits, meetings, and attendance at events; * Performing other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing; * Proven experience in media—including developing campaign strategies [online and offline], analyzing metrics and performance, and contributing creative inputs; * Demonstrated proficiency with advertising platforms, particularly Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads; * Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics tools; * Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Additional Information** **About the Position:** * CLT employment regime; * Health insurance, dental plan, transportation allowance, chartered transportation, meal voucher, culture voucher, Wellhub, and life insurance. * Occasional weekend availability required. #### **Inhotim** Inhotim is a Museum of Contemporary Art and Botanical Garden located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006.
