Therefore, before seeking talent externally, we prioritize looking inward — toward those who already understand our culture, challenges, and unique way of getting things done. **We are opening an internal opportunity** for professionals seeking their next career step: expanding their technical scope into a more consultative, strategic, and client-impactful role within the Consulting Business Unit. * **Important:** To participate in this internal process, it is mandatory that the employee first discuss their interest in the position with their direct manager and obtain alignment and approval from leadership. **Participation in the process without such alignment will result in disqualification.** Requirements: **We seek an Automation and Instrumentation Analyst (C\-6\) to join the Consulting Business Unit, with focus on:** * Technical and strategic diagnostics * Industrial systems analysis * Development of solutions supporting executive decision-making * Structuring technological evolution plans. **This position is ideal for candidates who:** * Wish to broaden their scope by adopting a more analytical, diagnostic-oriented approach. * Enjoy translating technical complexity into clarity to support decision-making. * Identify with a consultative role — closely engaged with clients and business challenges. * Want to contribute to innovation and the evolution of TAGNA’s portfolio, applying their technical expertise to new contexts. **What will be your role in this challenge?** * Analyze automation, instrumentation, and control systems in industrial environments. * Structure technical diagnostics (AS IS / TO BE) and master plans. * Design automation architectures aligned with ISA 95 and customer maturity levels. * Transform technical analyses into executive reports and presentations. * Specify instruments, PLCs, industrial networks, and SCADA systems. * Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. * Support technical proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project management. * Contribute to the NEXUM portfolio and innovation initiatives. * Share knowledge and support team development. **What we expect from you** * Degree in Control and Automation Engineering or related fields. * Experience in automation, instrumentation, and industrial processes. * Solid knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, and protocols. * Strong technical communication skills and systemic vision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate English * Agile methodologies * Programming (Python, C\+\+, Codesys, MatLab) * Safety PLCs, AutoCAD, or virtualization
