




Job Summary: Responsible for identifying training needs, designing, implementing, and monitoring T&D programs, managing LMS platforms, delivering training sessions, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Start Date: Immediate, upon approval * Duration: Indefinite (permanent position through consulting firm) Location: Hybrid – Belo Horizonte Requirements: Prior experience in the T\&D field; Experience with LMS platforms; Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Responsibilities: Identify training needs in collaboration with internal departments; Design, implement, and monitor T\&D programs; Manage and track training KPIs; Operate LMS platforms, ensuring content organization and timely updates; Deliver behavioral and technical training sessions as required; Support organizational development initiatives. Differentiators: Experience in Corporate University projects. Experience in performance evaluation, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and leadership development programs. Experience in instructional design and creation of original content (e\-learning, videos, scripts, presentations). Ability to facilitate workshops, group activities, and in-person/online training sessions. Proficiency in employee engagement and gamification tools. Experience with Power BI or T\&D KPI analysis tools. Experience in cultural transformation initiatives or structured onboarding programs. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency to support global training programs or corporate materials. Consultative capability when working with managers, with emphasis on diagnosis and gap resolution.
