




Description: * Completed Higher Education in Pedagogy * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable * Full Office package proficiency * Experience in ISO or ONA certification processes is desirable * Implement and contribute to the improvement of pedagogical processes; * Mediate conflicts and seek solutions for pedagogical issues; * Provide technical and pedagogical support to course or educational program coordinators in organizing academic processes, managing projects, and implementing educational policies; * Develop educational diagnostics, presenting reports and recommendations to support decision-making; * Disseminate best pedagogical practices and educational innovations; * Identify training and pedagogical development needs of faculty and/or preceptors. * Participate in guiding learning processes and in building teachers' knowledge; * Provide support to teachers and/or preceptors, acting in educational processes, guiding and monitoring teaching practices, evaluation systems, as well as supporting the implementation of new methodologies; * Collaborate in the development and revision of curricula, teaching plans, and instructional materials, ensuring their relevance and updating; * Support the implementation of active learning methodologies, differentiated teaching strategies, and the integration of educational technologies; * Provide pedagogical assistance and support to students; * Analyze results from internal and external assessments; * Identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in offered courses; * Provide feedback on results obtained from evaluations and internal surveys to stakeholders; * Guide on available educational resources and services within the institution; * Collaborate in preparing documents and reports for regulatory bodies and institutional management; * Monitor and ensure quality and safety in processes; * Assist in planning and organizing projects, courses, and academic events such as: workshops, seminars, graduations, and lectures; * Collaborate in organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other faculty and preceptor development activities; * Manage and critically analyze pedagogical indicators; * Work with partner institutions, seeking to improve relationships and explore new possibilities. * Stay updated on legislation, trends, and research in education, particularly in medical and multiprofessional residency and specialization; * Establish agreements and partnerships with associations, councils, or professional societies aiming to improve and update offered courses; * Monitor and update systems related to the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education for registration of new programs and updates to PCP and responses to visitation reports; * Support the annual selection process as well as possible supplementary notices; * Monitor the schedule of each course/program; * Request curriculum registration for courses from the Academic Secretariat; * Organize and participate in Clinical Competence Committees (CCC) for programs that have implemented Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs); * Provide pedagogical support to COREME and COREMU; * Respond to internal and external requests related to the residency/specialization department; * Create and manage virtual classrooms, as well as facilitate resident/specialist enrollment; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from immediate supervisor. 2511100202181799631
