Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising activities, managing people, and ensuring quality and safety in production, pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Production supervision to meet targets and quality standards. 2. People management, with a focus on team development and feedback. 3. Identification of opportunities for improvement in production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production activities, ensuring achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards; * Manage people, including performance monitoring, guidance, feedback, and team development; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and operational best practices; * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes; * Support the Operations Coordinator in organizing and controlling department routines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in similar roles; * Proficiency in people management (team leadership, conflict resolution, and engagement); * Knowledge of production routines and performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food/industrial sector (if applicable); * Experience with continuous improvement and performance metrics.
