




**Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule production according to demand, operational capacity, deadlines, and available resources. * Issue and monitor Production Orders. * Monitor raw material, packaging material, or production input inventories; ensure adequate levels; signal purchasing needs. * Track performance indicators (KPIs) such as: efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, losses, quality, and deadlines. * Participate in continuous improvement of PCP processes by proposing adjustments, eliminating bottlenecks, and optimizing machine and personnel usage. Create and update production schedules, master plans, machine loading, or process/shift planning. * Use ERP systems for production control, records, routings, order tracking, and productive capacity monitoring. * Interface with other departments: sales (sales forecasts), procurement (raw materials), maintenance (maintenance scheduling), logistics/shipping (deadlines). * Generate management reports and analyses: actual vs. planned tracking, deviations, root causes, and action proposals. **Desired Requirements** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in PCP or similar roles, preferably in industrial environments. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) for spreadsheet creation, charts, and data analysis. * Knowledge of integrated ERP management systems; experience with Protheus or similar systems is a plus. * Analytical skills, organization, and discipline to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and urgent requests. * Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams (production, procurement, maintenance, shipping). * Proactive attitude and results orientation; focus on continuous improvement. **Personal Competencies** * Attention to detail * Flexibility to adjust scheduling according to business needs. * Systemic view of production (understanding how various processes impact final outcomes) * Teamwork * Data-driven decision-making ability Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,400.00 \- 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have easy access to work in the Ibirité region?
