If you're that person, come be the guardian of our culture!** **What you will do day to day?** * Lead the People Management team, ensuring alignment, development, and consistent delivery across all areas in the 3 locations. * Coordinate the People subsystems: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Journey, TD, Performance, Engagement, Internal Communication, and Endomarketing. * Carefully (and accurately) manage Payroll routines: hiring, time tracking, vacations, terminations, payroll processing, and labor compliance — in partnership with our accounting team. * Partner with leadership teams, serving as a reference point in team management and strategic people decisions. * Plan, execute, and monitor departmental projects focused on culture, experience, and results. * Lead strategic recruitment processes, ensure smooth integrations, and structure continuous development pathways. * Lead engagement initiatives, internal communication, and endomarketing activities that resonate with our teams. * Organize and conduct performance evaluations, calibration committees, individual development plans (IDPs), and succession planning. **What we expect from you:** * Completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Previous experience as a generalist HR professional, with payroll responsibilities and a consultative role with leadership * Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills, active listening, and energy to engage people and support leadership * Experience in dynamic environments with fast pace and results focus **What Hub Offers:** * Monthly fixed salary (CLT employment) * Semi-annual bonus tied to goal achievement * Flexible benefits card Caju \- Visa brand (Meal allowance \| Transportation voucher \| Culture) * Co-payment health plan Unimed (with monthly fee subsidy) * Educational subsidy for courses and training * Wellhub * Conexa Saúde * Psicologia Viva * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Office fruit bar * Pet-friendly office **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 18:00\.
