This professional will lead medium- and high-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. They will also serve as the bridge between business units and the technical team, gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring strategic alignment of initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to agile and/or traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.) * Develop schedules, action plans, status reports, and executive presentations * Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business units * Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose viable solutions * Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and scope-definition sessions * Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication among all involved parties * Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies * Monitor project performance indicators and propose corrective actions * Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of projects and processes * Act as a bridge between technical teams (IT, engineering, etc.) and business units **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields; * 3–5 years of prior experience in project management and business analysis; * General understanding of IT and application portfolio management; * Optimization of application portfolios (costs and business value delivered); * Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects; * Benchmarking of internal applications against market standards; * Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure projects (Azure); * English fluency (advanced/fluent); * Spanish proficiency (advanced/fluent). **Desirable Knowledge:** * Preparation of functional and technical documentation * Data and metrics analysis (Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus) * Knowledge of project management * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) * Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) * BPMN and process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, etc.) * PMP, CAPM, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or CBAP **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical thinking and systemic vision * Strong oral and written communication skills * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities * Organization and results orientation **Additional Information** Client Engagement Model: Hybrid Location: Belo Horizonte **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
