Maintain direct daily interaction with public agencies for legalization matters. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Regulatory Process Analyst We are seeking a proactive professional to work directly on corporate regularization at JVC Contabilidade, ensuring agility and compliance throughout each process. Responsibilities: * Manage company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution procedures. * Handle issuance and renewal of license and permit fees. * Advise on and manage the operational use of Digital Certificates. * Perform day-to-day legalization tasks, maintaining direct interaction with public agencies. * CND (Certificate of Tax Compliance) management * Provide information via the Customer Portal. **Requirements:** What We Seek (Requirements): * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences (from the 3rd semester onward). * Proven practical experience with contractual processes nationwide, especially in the South, Southeast, and Northeast regions. * Technical knowledge of legalization fees and bureaucratic requirements.
