Job Summary:
A professional responsible for drafting and filing corporate procedures, guiding clients on legalization matters, and liaising with regulatory agencies.

**Main Responsibilities:**
\- Draft, review, and file corporate registration, amendment, and dissolution processes with public agencies (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, Notary Offices, etc.)
\- Guide clients on legalization and taxpayer registration regularization procedures
\- Monitor and respond to legal requirements in corporate proceedings
\- Track deadlines for licenses, negative certificates, and other mandatory registrations
\- Issue negative certificates and conduct taxpayer registry inquiries
\- Serve as the primary contact point with regulatory agencies and professional associations
\- Support corporate audits and inspections
**Requirements:**
\- Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Law
\- 2–4 years of experience in administrative routines and legal procedures
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$3\.300,00 per month
