Conducting due diligence and procedural analysis We are seeking a **Legal Assistant** to support administrative and legal matters within the department, ensuring document organization, record control, and assistance with the company's internal and real estate-related processes. Main Responsibilities: * Recording invoices related to legal expenses; * Managing and controlling contracts, including organizing, digitizing, and archiving documents; * Assisting in the review and drafting of various types of contracts, such as service agreements, lease agreements, construction contracts, purchase and sale promises, and assignment of rights; * Conducting due diligence, including obtaining certificates, procedural analysis, title deed reviews, and public agency inquiries; * Providing legal support for internal matters, ensuring compliance and legality of actions; * Issuing judicial deposit payment slips; * Drafting public and private powers of attorney; * Filing and monitoring cases at real estate registry offices; * Managing document filing and organization; * Querying citation and notification platforms; Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Law; * Basic knowledge of administrative and legal procedures; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Prior experience with contracts and real estate matters is preferred.
