Acts as reception backup when necessary **Administrative Assistant** The professional will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to administrative areas, including general office services, billing, filing, data entry, correspondence, telephone support, and other duties; Carry out external services at notary offices, banks, and other public agencies; Perform monthly rent closings; Review documents processed by the department; Act as reception backup when necessary; Accompany suppliers within the company premises; Receive, verify, and manage various documents and other administrative activities required by management; Perform additional duties according to their area of expertise.
