Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas to ensure proper facility operation. Key Highlights: 1. Working at heights and supervision of specialized services Position for talent pool Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive maintenance (mechanical, electrical, civil, hydraulic), execute general services, and transport materials, parts, and tools between departments. \- Carry out basic carpentry, joinery, and hydraulic services. \- Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and assistance. \- Perform work at heights in compliance with safety standards for roof, gutter, building façade, and interior maintenance and restoration; perform repairs and renovations of building installations; replace light bulbs, among other tasks. \- Perform low-complexity electrical, data network, and telephone system maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, etc.) to keep facilities operational and in perfect working condition, complying with applicable standards and regulations. \- Perform welding, metalwork, carpentry, joinery, cleaning, and workplace organization tasks. \- Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, and eliminating waste and stains. \- Support events held at Units by carrying out support activities as directed by supervisors. Proven experience in this role. Technical certification in mechanics, hydraulics, or electricity.
