Support across various maintenance areas: plumbing, painting, carpentry. Perform civil, preventive, and corrective maintenance services, including repairs to masonry, finishes, minor construction works, and painting, as well as providing general maintenance support in corporate buildings. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing networks, hydrosanitary systems, painting, carpentry, joinery, metalwork, and masonry, according to area of qualification. Ensure preservation, repairs, and maintenance of facilities, guaranteeing functionality and safety of premises. **MANDATORY COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:** * NR 35 Training (in-person and valid). **Requirements:** * Experience in civil and plumbing work.
