The role involves direct participation in earth movement, excavation, and grading tasks, ensuring precision, safety, and quality in service execution. Responsibilities * Operate crawler tractors for soil cutting, filling, and leveling. * Assist in opening access routes and preparing work areas. * Perform daily equipment inspections, checking oil and fuel levels as well as overall conditions. * Support the construction team in organizing work fronts. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen. Requirements * Primary education (preferred). * Prior experience as a crawler tractor operator on earthmoving or paving projects. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C or higher. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy equipment. * Willingness to work on-site.
