Teamwork and commitment EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (FIELD WORK) Engineering company specializing in large-scale construction projects (mining, power plants, and infrastructure) Work based in Belo Horizonte with travel to other states. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate concrete drilling and cutting equipment; Support demolition and structural work; Apply materials such as mortar, resins, and concrete Assist in organizing and maintaining equipment; Collaborate as part of a team on job sites **REQUIREMENTS:** Willingness to travel (including extended trips) Desire to learn and grow within the role; Prior experience in construction sites, building projects, or operational services is preferred; Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** Competitive salary based on experience (R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 2.387,00) Transportation costs covered by the company for assignments outside Belo Horizonte; accommodation provided during travel.
