Job Summary: Work as an operational assistant, performing loading, unloading, excavation, and material preparation at construction sites, assisting in the implementation of traffic signal networks. Our goal is to facilitate and optimize daily traffic for thousands of people, ensuring fluidity and safety, delivering customized services according to each client's specific needs. **Your responsibilities as an operational assistant:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, using hands or manual carts and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials. * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar, facilitating foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits or pipelines, or similar construction tasks. * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. * Prepare and transport materials, tools, devices, or any components, cleaning and organizing them as instructed. * Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either jointly or independently, to successfully complete assigned tasks. * Assist the responsible technician in implementing traffic signal networks. * Maintain cleanliness and order at worksites. **Requirements to join us:** * Completed high school education; * Availability for travel; * Mandatory experience in street construction or heavy labor. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (BRL 300.00/month), Meal Voucher (BRL 22.00/day), Life Insurance, Fuel Voucher or Transportation Voucher, Co-payment Health Plan. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract.
