Job Summary: A professional responsible for in-person and online customer service, sales, inventory organization, and logistical support for deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Support in sales and logistics routines **Responsibilities:** * In-person and online customer service, including sales execution and product guidance; * Order picking and support in internal sales and post-sales routines; * Inventory organization and control, including product handling and order preparation; * Assistance with loading and unloading of goods; * Dispatching and tracking deliveries via apps (Lalamove, Uber, Loggi, and iFood). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and Saturday, 08:00–12:00\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher (R$ 28.00 per business day) * Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.198,70 per month Work Location: On-site
