Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and picking materials; assisting in inventory control; supplying production lines; and recording data in the TOTVS system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material receiving, inspection, and storage operations 2. Inventory control and supply of production lines 3. Recording of material receipts and issues in the TOTVS system Performs operational tasks including receiving, inspecting, picking, and storing raw materials and finished goods; assists in inventory control and stocktaking using pallet jacks and forklifts; supplies production lines with required inputs; loads and unloads products; and records material receipts and issues in the TOTVS system. Assists in production planning and control routines, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of quantities produced for hoses and compounds; provides and supplies production lines with required materials as specified in the Production Order (OP); monitors raw material consumption used in hose manufacturing; and enters related information into the TOTVS Protheus system. * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for compliance with purchase orders; * Store products in an organized manner, adhering to FIFO principles; * Pick all materials required for production line supply according to the Production Order (OP); * Perform inventory receipt and issue control using the TOTVS system; * Load and unload finished goods and raw materials to support production; * Assist in truck loading at the shipping department; * Move materials and unload raw material trucks using forklifts. * Pick hoses for shipment according to sales orders; * Assist in conducting inventory counts for compound and raw material stocks; * Record production quantities in the system, logging total output of hoses and compounds; * Transfer compound inventory balances between warehouses using the TOTVS system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring a safe and appropriate working environment. * Perform other duties compatible with the position as requested by management.
