




Work in the general production area, including Supply Center, Cutting, Assembly, and Stitching, assisting in the selection and packaging of parts, products, and materials; performing visual inspection and directing non-conforming items to scrap; assisting in assembly and operation of low-complexity machines; transporting materials, products, and parts to other production processes; and performing other related and inherent duties. * Perform general tasks related to the production department, primarily simple and semi-skilled activities, always following instructions from the immediate supervisor. 2\. Observe the Production Order received in the department and strictly adhere to specifications determined by the Pattern Department, aiming to meet the company’s established standards of aesthetics and comfort. 3\. Assist in verifying cut parts against the description on the Production Order to prevent non-conformities that could compromise product quality. 4\. Assist in sole manufacturing, occasionally preparing components and performing relevant operations such as sanding, gluing, and pressing, aiming to shape the sole assembly—including sole, heel, and heel cap—for subsequent completion of footwear in the Assembly Department. 5\. Assist in assembly and, occasionally, operate simple tools and machines, participating in processing, feeding, and adjustment to provide effective support. 6\. As required, assemble shoe boxes by folding cardboard along pre-determined crease lines to meet demand. 7\. Assist in selecting and organizing parts, products, and materials, performing visual inspection, segregating defective items from the batch, and directing them for correction or scrap. 8\. Transport materials, products, and parts from one’s machine and/or department to other production processes to supply production lines. 9\. Operate low-complexity machinery as required, correctly preparing and adjusting the machine prior to production start-up, strictly following supervisor instructions and established safety procedures. 10\. Report any non-conformities identified to the Department Supervisor or Assistant to ensure awareness and prompt implementation of necessary or corrective actions. 11\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of departmental materials, keeping the workplace orderly and clean in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards, as well as maintaining machines and equipment used in the process. * 12\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures. 13\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. * 14\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence regulations. 15\. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
