**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise vehicle loading/unloading activities, goods verification, and internal material handling. * Monitor and guide the operational team during shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. * Conduct physical and documentary verification to ensure correct quantities, invoices, and manifests. * Control inbound and outbound goods flow, maintaining warehouse/operational area organization. * Support resolution of operational issues by making prompt decisions to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report critical situations—such as damage, discrepancies, delays, or operational risks—to coordination/management. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, damage rates, loading/unloading time, rework). * Train and instruct new employees on operational routines. * Ensure proper use of equipment (pallet jacks, non-ride-on forklifts, tools). * Organize the workplace and ensure the team maintains standards of cleanliness and discipline. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical training or courses in logistics preferred. * Prior experience in logistics operations, preferably as a checker, assistant team leader, or similar role. * Knowledge of loading/unloading, warehousing, and verification processes. * Ability to coordinate teams. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational systems (TMS/WMS is a plus).
