




Job Summary: The professional will handle in-person and online customer service, sales, inventory organization, order picking, and logistical support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in sales and logistics routines **Responsibilities:** * Providing in-person and online customer service, conducting sales, and offering product guidance; * Picking orders and supporting internal sales and post-sales routines; * Organizing and controlling inventory, including product movement and order preparation; * Assisting with loading and unloading of goods; * Dispatching and tracking deliveries via apps (Lalamove, Uber, Loggi, and iFood). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus. * Good communication skills and proactivity. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 28.00 per business day) * Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.198,70 per month Work Location: On-site
