Job Summary: Performs lubrication processes, assists mechanics, manages parts, supports assembly/disassembly and packaging, participates in inventory, and maintains workplace organization. Focus on quality, safety, and environmental preservation * Perform lubrication processes on components, subassemblies, and assemblies, following instructions from the responsible professional, specific requirements, and manufacturer-specified parameters; * Accompany mechanics when consulting service catalogs and manuals, observing proper handling and reading methods to assist in parts requisition and verification of technical specifications required for component assembly; * Upload photographs taken of received goods into the system based on the open Service Order (SO); * Support mechanics by procuring all necessary parts from the warehouse; * Assist in disassembly/assembly activities of components, performing inspection and cleaning as instructed; * Package components to be shipped to customers in a manner that protects the parts and prevents damage during transportation; * Participate in inventory activities for parts and components in the workshop, performing counts and completing specific reports to reconcile physical stock with electronic records; * Perform tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by immediate supervisors, adhering to organizational standards and procedures with quality and safety; * Maintain equipment, instruments, fixed assets, and consumable materials assigned to you, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replacements from the relevant departments whenever necessary; * Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of activity-generated waste in appropriate containers and locations, thereby safeguarding occupational health and the environment; * Perform tasks in accordance with established operational technical standards, complying with company regulations and requirements related to quality, workplace safety, environmental preservation, and sustainability, while properly using PPE and uniforms to eliminate situations that may pose risks of accidents, environmental degradation, or compromised product quality; * Support leadership on matters inherent to your area of responsibility by identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to help define applicable procedures and actions; * Comply with internal and external laws and regulations, including the company’s Compliance rules, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Information Security and Confidentiality Policy; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
