Customer, partner, and supplier support **Your challenges will include:** * Monitoring and tracking trips; * Handling claim-related events involving Losses, Damages, and Incidents; * Providing proactive and reactive phone support to customers, partners, and suppliers for clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operating internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Flexibility regarding work hours; * Strong initiative, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
