Log and organize interactions in the CRM system to maintain an up-to-date history. Assess property condition, age, finish quality, area (square meters), and structural features. Compare similar properties sold or listed in the same region. Write reports to determine the estimated value. **Requirements** Proven experience in Customer Service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
