Below are the details of the position: Organize invoices in files, controlling and procuring missing ones, entering them into the system to ensure accurate recording of all monthly transactions. Verify incoming and outgoing invoices, checking data such as CNPJ, State Tax Registration (Inscrição Estadual), supplier information, items and prices, as well as taxes highlighted on the invoices, to facilitate tax reporting. Enter incoming invoices into the system, performing preliminary analysis to support the Analyst in indirect tax calculations. Monitor intercompany operations and track LPG balances among Group companies. Integrate billing / tax / finance / inventory modules in the system; reconcile and verify base billing; import SAT fiscal receipts; issue merchandise and service invoices.
