Team management and development **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement new workflows to best meet operational needs; * Monitor the execution of quality assurance processes against outcomes; * Train and develop team members; * Lead team management; * Develop and track departmental productivity indicators; * Support the launch of the ELISA and Immunofluorescence departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, or Pharmacy; * Active professional council registration; * Experience in people management.
