We are looking for a **Commercial Supervisor** to lead our expansion. Your mission will be to drive the growth of our distributor network, integrating technical education and commercial strategy to establish our brand in the country's top salons. **YOUR KEY CHALLENGES:** * **High-Performance Leadership:** Direct management of executives, representatives, and the technical education team. * **Indirect Channel Strategy:** Develop and expand the distributor portfolio by creating customized joint business plans (JBP) for each region. * **Market Intelligence:** Monitor KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, inventory turnover, product mix) and market trends to ensure competitive advantage. * **Expansion and Execution:** Ensure the brand’s strategy is executed with excellence at the point of sale and industry events. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * **Experience:** Proven track record in commercial management within the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Pharmacy sectors. * **Expertise:** Proficiency in complex negotiations and distribution channel management. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
