Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control the physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. * Ensure monitoring and control of goods to support their availability according to sales made and agreed-upon deadlines. * Ensure all internal employees and third parties are trained and qualified to perform activities related to handling and storage, considering universal handling rules. * Ensure proper recording of material, product, and equipment entries and exits, complying with legal requirements, internal controls, and guaranteeing consistency between physical and accounting information. * Identify needs and jointly develop improvement projects with your immediate supervisor to implement best practices in operations, aligned with area needs and assessments. * Ensure team motivation and maintain appropriate qualification and performance levels by identifying training and professional development needs for your team.
