We currently have an opening for a **Security Guard Supervisor** in the **Vale dos Cristais neighborhood – NOVA LIMA**. ***Responsibilities:*** * Providing service to condominium residents and clients; * Organizing shifts and coverage; * Safeguarding internal processes within the condominium; * Supervising the sector’s security guard team; * Training and guiding the team; * Performing duties as a "security guard" during lunch hours and to cover absences, including patrols and service delivery; ***NOTE: MUST POSSESS A PROFILE THAT FOLLOWS PROCEDURES AND DEMONSTRATES LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES ALONGSIDE TEAM MEMBERS.*** **MUST HOLD DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY AB — MOTORCYCLE AND CLIENT’S CAR PATROLS REQUIRED.** **Salary:** R$2.648,04 **Meal Allowance:** R$31.34 per workday \+ **R$200.00 bonus** on meal card if no absences and medical certificate provided. **Fuel Allowance:** R$260.00 per month.
