Job Summary: The professional will assume technical responsibility for the establishment, ensuring compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical legislation, supervising the team, and overseeing medication dispensing. Key Highlights: 1. Technical responsibility in the absence of the Responsible Technician (RT) 2. Ensuring compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical legislation 3. Supervising and guiding the team in medication dispensing * **Assume technical responsibility** for the establishment during periods when the RT is absent (vacations, days off, leave of absence, or shift changes). * **Ensure compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical legislation** (ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, Regional Council of Pharmacy - CRF). * **Oversee and guide medication dispensing**, including controlled-substance medications. * **Supervise the team** (pharmacy clerks, customer service staff, warehouse staff) regarding good storage practices, expiration dates, and proper conservation of medications. * **Participate in recordkeeping and control of controlled medications** (National System for Controlled Drugs - SNGPC). * **Sign technical documents** (e.g., prescription notifications, control logs, and reports).
