Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, analyzing, and delivering information and indicators; conducting studies and projects for improvements; and promoting institutional training. Responsible for developing, analyzing, and delivering information and indicators for Santa Casa BH, while also engaging in the development of studies and scenarios to support decision-making. Developing projects aimed at improving the Institution. Promoting institutional campaigns and training programs aligned with DRG data and analysis, thereby strengthening knowledge of the methodology. Analyzing data on surgical and clinical patient lengths of stay, proposing improvements for identified weaknesses, presenting findings for decision-making, and performing other routine tasks within the area. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday\-day **Salary:** R$4\.748,67 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$200.00 per child, for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program — including psychological support and regular physical activity; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and workshops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support data collection from internal and external sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, CRM/ERP tools, among others. * Perform basic data processing and cleaning to ensure consistency and standardization. * Develop and update interactive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. * Support clear and accessible visual presentation of data for various company departments. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), both operational and strategic. * Contribute descriptive and comparative analyses to support understanding of deviations and improvement opportunities. * Support business areas with data-driven insights, providing analyses under guidance from more experienced professionals. * Prepare analytical materials for progress review and goal assessment meetings. * Execute simple to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction from systems or data warehouses. * Document queries and results for reproducibility and version control. * Assist in identifying data inconsistencies or errors. * Collaborate with IT or data engineering teams to resolve issues and improve data sources. * Participate in meetings with other departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to understand needs and deliver analytical support. * Translate business requirements into specifications for reports or analyses. * Enhance expertise in BI tools, query languages (SQL, DAX, etc.), and analytical techniques. * Stay updated on trends and best practices in data visualization and interpretation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Completed undergraduate degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Accounting.
