Job Summary: Responsible for recording sales, managing payments, providing courteous and efficient customer service, organizing the cash register area, and performing financial control. Performing cash register opening and closing **INITIAL SALARY of BRL 1.700 + PLUXE meal card or multi-benefit card worth BRL 300.00 + quarterly bonus up to BRL 2,000.** **After probation period: outpatient health plan, dental plan, and life insurance.** **Free meals at the store.** **BH Shopping: Attendant and Cash Operator (12x36 shift)** **Boulevard BH: Attendant** **Minas Shopping: Attendant** **Itaú Power Shopping: Attendant** Main Responsibilities * **Sales Recording:** Enter customer orders into the system, input prices, and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded. * **Payment Management:** Receive payments in various forms (cash, cards, etc.), issue receipts or invoices, and provide correct change. * **Customer Service:** Interact with customers, answer questions about the menu, promotions, and pricing, and deliver courteous, efficient service with suggestive selling of beverages and desserts. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped cashier area, ensuring security of funds and operational efficiency. * **Financial Control:** Perform cash register opening and closing, record daily revenues and expenses, and prepare internal control reports.
