Strongly leads accreditation processes (ONA, Joint Commission, Qmentum, or similar), manages clinical and administrative indicators, conducts risk analysis, drives continuous improvement, and ensures regulatory compliance. Possesses strategic leadership, ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, a systemic view of the hospital environment, and strong interface with the clinical staff, care areas, and senior management.
