As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customers find the ideal product, while also maintaining our store in impeccable condition and keeping inventory fully stocked. **We seek candidates residing near the workplace or with easy commuting access, as well as full schedule availability.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Sales and Consultation:** Deliver personalized service, explaining product technologies tailored to different training profiles. * **Restocking and Organization:** It is the Sales Associate’s responsibility to ensure **immediate restocking** of sold items and maintain consistent shelf and display case organization (Visual Merchandising). * **Inventory Operations:** Assist in warehouse organization and goods receiving to ensure sales efficiency. * **Target Focus:** Achieve individual and collective targets through prompt, efficient service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Location:** Easy access to **SÓ MARCAS OUTLET CONTAGEM**. * **Availability:** Full schedule availability to work on mall shifts (including store closing, weekends, and holidays). * **Operational Profile:** Ability to balance customer service with physical product organization and restocking tasks. * **Experience:** Prior retail sales experience (shoe sales experience is a plus). * High school diploma completed. **What We Offer** * Salary: Commission-based on individual sales — guaranteed minimum of R$1.518,00. * Transportation allowance and meal voucher. * Exclusive discounts on Reebok products.
