Management of performance indicators and adherence to protocols **LEAD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** Farmácia Eficácia seeks an experienced professional in compounding pharmacy to lead the sales team. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide real-time technical and commercial support to sales representatives (via WhatsApp/phone). Intervene in high-value negotiations. Manage and complete daily performance indicator spreadsheets. Ensure compliance with customer service protocols and deadlines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience in compounding pharmacy. Technical knowledge of active ingredients and prescription interpretation. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for performance indicators. Proactive leadership profile with goal-oriented focus. **CONDITIONS:** **Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur Contract).** Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 (fixed) + bonuses. **Benefits:** Meal allowance: BRL 400.00 **Location** Centro - Belo Horizonte.
