Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales * Proven experience in compounding (magistral) pharmacy * Experience in customer service, both in-person and digitally (WhatsApp, phone) * Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing relationships with physicians and clinics * Knowledge of compounded active ingredients and formulations * Proactive profile with initiative and sense of urgency Main Responsibilities: * Deliver customer service with a focus on sales conversion * Interpret medical prescriptions and prepare quotations * Conduct active follow-up with customers and leads * Maintain relationships with prescribers and secretaries * Achieve individual targets and contribute to unit growth Compensation: * Base salary + attractive performance-based commission Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary Range: R$1.518,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
