Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and monitoring roll forming machines to ensure metal profiles are formed in accordance with technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and measurement of produced profiles **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: * Operating the roll forming machine to perform metal profile forming processes, following technical drawings and product specifications. * Adjusting rolls, guides, speed, and other machine parameters according to profile type, material thickness, and characteristics. * Continuously monitoring roll forming machine operation to ensure fault-free processing and compliance with quality standards. * Performing periodic measurements of produced profiles using appropriate instruments, ensuring conformity with tolerances and technical specifications. * Conducting tool changes, mechanical adjustments, and necessary calibrations on the machine, based on profile model and production demand. * Identifying, recording, and reporting any anomalies in equipment or final products, collaborating with corrective maintenance as required. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Availability to work the 2nd shift: 3:38 PM to 1:00 AM;** * Completed high school (technical courses in Mechanics, Metallurgy, or related fields preferred); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications for metal profiles; * Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures; * Basic knowledge of materials used in the production process (e.g., galvanized steel, carbon steel, sheet thicknesses, etc.). **OUR BENEFITS:** * On-site meals at no cost to the employee; * Absenteeism Bonus: BRL 285.00 (after one month of work with no absences); * Union Bonus: BRL 120.00 (with union contribution of BRL 15.90\); * Chartered transportation or fuel allowance; * Health insurance: Hap Vida; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including partnerships with universities and technical schools; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
