* Monitor incident materialization and action plans for impact reduction and improvement; * Identify and report situations with potential institutional risk; * Contribute to enhancing incident management, crisis management, and decision-making based on risk and opportunity scenarios; * Participate in improvement/working groups and Committees/Commissions; * Monitor and issue monthly reports on the status of Quality Management System, Risk, and Licensing activities, sharing them with respective managers; * Hold periodic meetings to report the status of Quality Management System, Risk, and Licensing activities, sharing updates with respective managers and senior leadership; * Schedule, monitor, and record meeting minutes and attendance lists; * Perform evaluation and publication of documented information, maintaining it in contingency to ensure traceability and retrieval if needed; * Generate and monitor publication in SCM, recording it per institutional guidelines; * Use the Intranet – Tots platform per institutional guidelines; * Manage improvement and correction requests for the Quality Management System and related systems used by the Quality Management Department; * Handle service tickets in the Gestão X System, adhering to established deadlines; * Support SGQ users and manage SGQ and institutional drive access permissions/exclusions; * Guide departmental references on quality processes, operationalization, and tool usage; * Initiate Legal Service Orders; * Collect, evaluate, and organize evidence to respond to regulatory agencies and external auditors; * Monitor and evaluate providers (external suppliers); * Train, guide, and support new Quality Management Department professionals in performing their duties; * Train, guide, support, and evaluate undergraduate interns from the Quality Management Department in performing their duties; * Monitor the selection process for undergraduate interns from the Quality Management Department; * Report progress and pending matters related to the SGQ, Licensing, and Risk and Crisis Management to management; * Stay current with quality management methodologies used in audits (ONA, ISO, JINHA, etc.); * Attend training sessions offered by the Institution and the Quality Management Department to improve and develop skills and competencies; * Pursue professional development in quality management, licensing, and risk management through company visits, external events, workshops, etc., aiming to incorporate and disseminate new knowledge, methodologies, and tools; * Maintain materials and equipment under one’s responsibility to extend their useful life; * Perform work observing occupational safety aspects and behavioral standards, complying with current legislation and internal regulations;
