A large-scale cosmetics manufacturing company located in Sorocaba / SP, near the Technology Park, is seeking a professional with proven experience. Responsibilities: * Ensure execution and compliance with quality processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Coordinate and supervise the quality team, defining priorities, inspection schedules, and monitoring results. * Coordinate and conduct line inspections, batch releases, and issuance of non-conformance reports. * Investigate deviations and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Develop, review, and approve procedures, work instructions, and quality records. * Monitor quality indicators and propose improvements to reduce losses and rework. * Conduct internal audits and support customer audits. * Train and qualify production and inspection teams on quality routines and regulatory requirements. * Monitor laboratory controls and analytical results, where applicable, ensuring data integrity. * Possibility to assume Technical Responsibility, as required. * Submit notifications and maintain registrations with ANVISA and other relevant regulatory bodies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and standards for the cosmetics and related sectors. Requirements: * Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in cosmetics or sanitizers, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related industries. * Experience in quality process management, GMP, inspection, and auditing. * Ability to lead teams, analyze indicators, and implement improvements. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Leadership profile, organized, and proactive.
