Provides pharmaceutical care and technical guidance **Job Description:** We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to work in the dispensing department of a compounding pharmacy, focusing on team coordination, quality assurance, and compliance with sanitary regulations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of magistral and official formulations, promoting excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the dispensing department team * Ensure compliance with good compounding and dispensing practices (current RDCs) * Review prescriptions and guide the team regarding potential inconsistencies * Ensure correct labeling, storage, and delivery of products * Provide pharmaceutical care when necessary, offering technical guidance to customers * Train and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement * Monitor departmental performance indicators * Collaborate with production and quality control departments * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance * Assist in internal and external audits Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$6\.400,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
