




Job Summary: Hospital pharmacist responsible for supervising medication dispensing, counseling patients, and participating in medication management. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pharmacovigilance and epidemiological investigations **Responsibilities**: Serve as the technical supervisor of the hospital pharmacy to ensure proper use of medications and medical supplies; supervise medication dispensing; counsel patients, family members, and caregivers on health- and medication-related topics; participate in training and continuing education programs; evaluate medical prescriptions; attend clinical case meetings; investigate adverse drug reactions and analyze technical complaints; participate in pharmacovigilance programs; participate in epidemiological investigations; conduct periodic inventory supervision; procure and/or exchange L.I.O. (Listed Items of Interest); supervise L.I.O. dispensing; and develop departmental work routines. **Requirements**: Degree in Pharmacy; active registration with CRF-MG; prior experience in hospital pharmacy (ophthalmology experience preferred). Postgraduate studies in Clinical Pharmacy are desirable. **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 19:00; Friday until 18:00. **Work Location**: Rua Santa Catarina, 941, Lourdes.
