Ensure legal compliance and quality in radiotherapy Coordinate activities of the Mobile Oncology Health Unit (UMSO/SUS) and the Radiotherapy Service, ensuring clinical excellence, multidisciplinary integration, and strategic alignment. Monitor prevention, screening, access, diagnosis, and care processes for oncology patients, utilizing navigation strategies and performance indicator tracking. In radiotherapy, ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols, coordinate patient scheduling and flow, monitor performance indicators, promote staff training, maintain equipment, and deliver humanized care. Collaborate closely with other oncology services and health care networks to ensure regulatory and legal compliance, operational efficiency, clinical quality, and adherence to institutional guidelines. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 08:00 to 17:00 (Friday). **Salary:** R$10\.111,02 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Medical assistance (UNIMED) * Dental assistance (METLIFE) * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) * Childcare allowance (childcare assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children) * Quality-of-life program * Funeral plan * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and workshops * Christmas gift card **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate activities of the Mobile Oncology Health Unit (UMSO) and the Radiotherapy Service, ensuring clinical excellence and strategic integration of multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor and guide patient navigation for individuals with high suspicion of oncologic disease identified at the UMSO, tracking and evaluating related process indicators; * Plan, organize, and coordinate UMSO operational processes, ensuring legal compliance and accountability for expenditures; * Monitor UMSO and radiotherapy performance indicators, conduct critical analyses, propose and implement improvement plans, and update operational procedures; * Coordinate all stages of UMSO field deployments, including planning, execution, and pre- and post-deployment monitoring; * Develop projects and represent the organization at congresses, symposia, and strategic meetings; * Liaise with municipalities and other involved sectors to organize and ensure implementation of scheduled deployments; * Plan and develop detailed schedules to enable project and deployment execution; * Monitor technical visits and ensure the unit is fully licensed and operationally ready to perform activities; * Coordinate radiotherapy treatment scheduling, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory deadlines; * Monitor equipment usage and maintenance across units (UMSO and Radiotherapy), coordinating calibration, quality control, and technical support; * Promote integration among the radiotherapy multidisciplinary team (nurses, technicians, medical physicists, physicians, and administrative support), ensuring patient-centered care, humanization, and compliance with radiological safety protocols; * Monitor unit billing, track claim rejections (glosas), and propose improvement actions to optimize outcomes; * Coordinate and supervise the multidisciplinary team, including shift management, performance evaluation, continuous training, and strategic alignment; * Authorize initiation of urgent treatments and interface with the multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical agility and safety; * Direct and guide nursing care processes and multidisciplinary teams throughout the oncology care continuum; * Perform other related duties of equivalent complexity as required by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree in a health-related field; * Active and valid professional council registration. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Oncology, Health Services Management, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Must be available for monthly travel.** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
