With approximately 4\.200 employees, it values commitment, closeness, and people, maintaining integrated operations focused on excellence in service, efficient logistics, and competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive drivers according to issued queue numbers, verifying outstanding items in the trip package to enable cash register closing; * Verify documents delivered by drivers (e.g., invoices, credit notes), including checks related to merchandise returns; * Record liabilities in the corporate system for damages, for collection during trip cash register closing; * Register invoices for defective goods with the technical support department for repair; * Finalize pending items in the system and direct drivers to the department responsible for cash register closing; * Provide occasional support to commercial representatives in cases of in-person returns, recording documents in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in customer service and administrative routines. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site meals * TOTALPASS * Transportation allowance \+ Company-provided transportation * Attendance bonus – (10% of base salary) * Education assistance * Food basket or meal allowance * Multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, General Practitioner, Psychologist) * Rest room At Tambasa, we believe our greatest asset lies in our people.
