We seek talented individuals eager to grow with us and leave their mark in an environment that values respect, continuous learning, and diversity. **Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as an Occupational Safety Technician, performing operational tasks alongside our corporate clients. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical occupational safety and health (OSH) support to corporate clients; * Conduct technical visits for diagnosis, consulting, mobilization, and follow-up of requirements; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients, communicating results, indicators, and recommendations; * Monitor action plans and corrective/preventive measures with clients; * Deliver regulatory training (NRs), onboarding for new employees, and client-specific capacity-building sessions as required. **Requirements:** * Completed technical degree in Occupational Safety and valid professional registration (MTE); * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable labor legislation; * Prior experience serving companies and managing contracts is a plus; * Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively with diverse audiences; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Ability to draft technical reports, assessments, and analyses; * Certifications in specific NRs (e.g., NR-10, NR-33, NR-35, among others); * Experience in industrial and mining environments; * Familiarity with digital OSH management systems; * Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
