




Job Summary: Nutrition internship focused on monitoring pre-preparation and preparation of food, temperature control and hygiene, and support to the dietitian. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the production dietitian. **Responsibilities** Monitor food pre-preparation and preparation; Temperature control; sampling; Verify hygiene and food handling techniques; Perform hygiene checklists (facilities, equipment, utensils); Support the production dietitian.
