Be responsible for support operations in the Nursing Service’s Support and Materials areas, observing standards and procedures while seeking optimized controls, appropriate use of material resources, and maintenance of the quality standard of care provided. **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- 12x36 \- Odd Shift in February **Salary:** R$2201.64 \+ Hazard Pay of 20%: R$ 324.20\. **Benefits:** Transportation voucher; Meal voucher or food voucher; Medical assistance (UNIMED); Dental assistance (METLIFE); Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); Daycare allowance (Childcare Assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); Quality-of-life program; Funeral plan; Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms; Christmas gift card; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct patient care at all levels of complexity, addressing compromised basic human needs; * Admit patients by collecting clinical data and vital signs to initiate nursing care and prioritize special cases; * Perform nursing care activities according to nurse prescriptions, ensuring appropriate anticipation of required materials; * Prepare and administer medications via prescribed routes, following prescriptions and specific instructions; * Administer diets via appropriate routes as prescribed by physicians; * Monitor patient stability and integrity, maintaining communication channels with involved professionals; * Perform wound dressings per nurse instructions; * Reposition patients according to service-established routines; * Perform other technical procedures such as: micro-nebulizations, general aspirations (oral, nasal, and tracheal), venipuncture for medication or antibiotic administration, oxygen therapy administration per prescription; administration of specialized medications via infusion pumps; and full-body hygiene; * Record patient eliminations and observed characteristics (color, odor, and density) per medical prescription, reporting possible changes to physicians and nurses; * Collect biological material samples when prescribed, identifying them, documenting in nursing notes, labeling, and forwarding to the relevant department; * Notify healthcare team members—including nurses, physicians, and physiotherapists—as needed; * Support the multidisciplinary team during activities related to direct nursing care to patients; * Release beds in the information system and organize them for new patient admissions; * Perform tasks scheduled in the task roster: cleaning and organizing the decontamination area; cleaning and disinfecting reusable materials; requisitioning and returning reusable materials; receiving and verifying patient materials and medications; * Properly identify bodies in case of death, per service routine; * Control and replenish collective consumables, dating and monitoring them together with the nursing station; * Organize the nursing station (cabinets, trays, countertops, etc.), maintaining appropriate hygiene and usability conditions; * Conduct shift handover at the bedside, prioritizing key patient complications to ensure personalized, high-quality care; * Record consumed materials in nursing notes and verify all used items against medical or nursing prescriptions; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request from immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Nursing Technical Course Active COREN registration **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH and work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
