Job Summary: We are seeking a Cumim to join our dining room team, providing support in customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining the environment’s organization—all in accordance with excellence standards. Focus on hygiene, organization, and excellence in customer service **Position Summary:** We seek a professional to join our dining room team, supporting customer service. The Cumim will assist with food and beverage service, environment cleaning and organization, as well as table, trolley, and dining area setup and breakdown. The role requires strict adherence to hygiene, organization, and customer service excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waitstaff during service by promptly responding to their requests; * Serve food and beverages to customers as instructed; * Collect waste and used utensils from tables within their assigned area; * Support table setup, alignment, and organization; * Clean and organize dining room utensils and equipment; * Collect utensils from tables after customer service; * Provide support for Room Service activities when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in public-facing customer service; * Restaurant or similar establishment experience preferred; * Flexible availability. **Benefits Offered:** * Medical assistance (50% covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental plan (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance (no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * 4:30 PM to 12:50 AM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: BRL 1,621.00 per month; * Variable commission: average between BRL 800.00 and BRL 1,200.00 per month; * Additional earnings possible based on performance.
