Identification of market opportunities and trends Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing market data, with a focus on the pharmaceutical distribution sector, aiming to generate strategic insights to support decision-making, identify commercial opportunities, monitor competitors and trends, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management and commercial departments. **Responsibilities:** * Development and monitoring of management reports; * Data analysis and insight generation to support decision-making; * Evaluation of the performance of initiatives undertaken by the department; * Monitoring and tracking of strategic indicators; * Support to commercial departments through market studies and analyses; * Identification of opportunities and trends through data. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience in data analysis and management report development; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Analytical capability and data interpretation skills for decision-making; * Experience with BI tools (Power BI is a plus); * SQL knowledge is considered a plus; * Organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Strong communication and presentation skills; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Prior experience in market intelligence, commercial planning, or analytical roles.
