Important job details: Work location: Ouro Branco/MG Work modality: On-site Contract type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor Kaizen activities in factories, ensuring their effectiveness and financial return for the company; * Execute and monitor 6S activities, ensuring program implementation and sustainability within the company; * As an internal auditor, conduct daily audits in operational and/or administrative areas where the 6S program has been implemented, verifying compliance with established standards; * Conduct diagnostics in areas using Lean Manufacturing tools to achieve sustainable organizational results; * Evaluate and measure operational areas’ adherence to the integrated management system through GEMBA audits across the Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Daily Routine Management, Safety \+ 5S pillars; * Govern routine management processes: Standardization, 6S, Anomaly Handling, Kaizen, and CEDAC (Cause-and-Effect Diagram with added cards); * Implement, according to priority, dissemination of problem-solving methodology knowledge, ensuring methodology implementation and sustainability within the company; * Improve operational standards to ensure optimal operational performance and safety; * Execute and monitor quality activities to ensure ISO 9001 implementation and sustainability; * Support improvements and routines in planning and scheduling; * Identify and minimize risk situations, ensuring preventive action by Kaizen and 6S team members, mandatory use of personal protective equipment, and focus on employee health. Required Knowledge and Skills: * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced Office suite proficiency * SAP knowledge * Experience and knowledge in Anomaly Handling * CEDAC (Cause-and-Effect Diagram with added cards) knowledge * Lean Manufacturing knowledge * Problem analysis, phenomenon definition, and action plan development * Intermediate English Preferred Qualifications: * Power BI Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus, and meal card.
